Titanium precision – 33% lighter than OEM
The Evolution Header Set is made from in-house cast titanium, with a sandblasted and heat-resistant coating for maximum durability.
Thanks to the innovative manifold crossover pipes – directly derived from Akrapovič's racing program – exhaust gases flow optimally through the system.
The result: a weight saving of 4.8 kg (–33%) compared to the original headers and a perfect balance between performance and efficiency.

Explosive performance
Tested on the Akrapovič dyno against a standard 992.2 GT3, the combination with the Slip-On Race Line delivers impressive gains:

• +23.6 kW (32.1 hp) at 4,650 rpm

• +48.3 Nm of additional torque at 4,650 rpm
  The system particularly optimizes the mid-range RPM, where the GT3 spends most of its time on the track. Throttle response becomes sharper, and the engine character even more direct.

Sound: pure motorsport DNA
The quarter-length resonators and integrated catalytic converters eliminate unwanted resonances and deliver a raw, layered racing sound with an increase of +10 dB compared to the standard exhaust.
A sound that is not only powerful but also refined – perfectly tuned to the high-revving atmospheric engine of the 911 GT3.

Track-ready – with ECU reprogramming
The Evolution Header Set is designed for closed-circuit use and requires ECU remapping for vehicles with an Otto Particulate Filter (OPF).
For GT3s without an OPF, reprogramming is recommended to prevent fault codes and fully utilize the performance.
