The Akrapovič Evolution Line (Titanium) for the Mercedes-AMG G 500 / G 550 (W463A) is a complete exhaust upgrade developed with both durability and performance in mind. Crafted from high-grade, lightweight titanium, this system weighs an impressive 45% less than the original exhaust system, without compromising the robustness befitting the G-Class's character.

The system features specially designed end mufflers produced in Akrapovič's own foundry and exiting on both sides of the vehicle. These end mufflers are perfectly matched to the robust appearance of the G-Class and expertly routed within the limited space.

With a pair of exhaust valves behind the rear mufflers, this system offers optimal control over exhaust tones and delivers a unique sound that is noticeably deeper and sportier, especially during acceleration and gear changes. Power and torque are increased across the entire RPM range.

Important: For mounting the Akrapovič exhaust S-ME/TI/17 on the Mercedes G 500/G 550, the vehicle must be equipped with:

• Mercedes stainless steel package (code PA3), or
• Running boards on the left and right side (code T84 or T86 or T87)

Additional original Mercedes parts required:

• A 901 492 00 44 → 4 pieces
• A 463 490 05 02 → 1 piece
• A 463 490 06 02 → 1 piece
