The Akrapovič Slip-On Line (Titanium) is developed to elevate the Mercedes-AMG A 35 (W177) in terms of sound, performance, and weight savings. This exhaust system is exclusively suitable for the hatchback version (W177) and combines a high-quality finish with a refined, sporty sound that perfectly matches the AMG character.

The system is crafted from high-grade titanium and finished with two sets of titanium tailpipes, combined with carbon fiber details. This not only results in an exclusive look but also in significant weight savings compared to the original exhaust system. Thanks to the integrated exhaust valve, with a housing cast in Akrapovič's own foundry, a richer, higher-frequency sound is created, especially noticeable during upshifts. At the same time, the sound remains comfortable and free from annoying resonance or drone during normal use.

A specially designed perforated tube on the valve side prevents unwanted flow effects without negatively impacting pressure pulses. This creates a more powerful and cleaner sound, while optimizing exhaust gas flow. This contributes to a slight gain in power and torque across the entire rpm range and offers additional tuning potential, which can be further exploited with the optional Akrapovič Evolution Link Pipe Set (stainless steel).
