Without the kit, the valves are automatically controlled by the car. With the valves closed, the 911 gets a deeper sound without being louder. With the valves open, the sound transforms into an exhilarating racing sound, complete with exciting crackles. Thanks to clever engineering, the annoying "drone" effect in the interior has been effectively eliminated.
