Eventuri Carbon Intake System – Mercedes C63 / C63S AMG (W205)

With a standard tune, the system already provides a gain of 10–12 hp and 12–15 ft-lb of torque. In Stage 2 tuning, this even increases to 22–30 hp and 20–24 ft-lb. On the flowbench, the system shows what it is capable of: where the original airbox delivers an average of 381 CFM, Eventuri delivers 531 CFM – an improvement of no less than 39%.

Technology and design

The airboxes are manufactured from 100% pre-preg carbon fiber, designed for maximum internal space without turbulence. Thanks to the clever placement of the MAP sensors, the entire upper air volume is usable. The internal height of the air duct has been increased to 56 mm – an increase of 143% compared to the original system. This results in a smoother air path and more efficient turbo spool.

The unique, round panel filters – equipped with ISO 5011-tested dry mesh – are specially designed for this application. The round shape eliminates turbulent corners and maintains an even flow profile.

For a perfect seal of the filters, CNC-machined aluminum filter flanges are integrated into the carbon housing. The front air ducts are also made of carbon fiber and, together with the EPDM couplings, ensure a streamlined supply from the front grille to the airboxes.
