The Porsche 992.2 GTS with the new single-turbo T-Hybrid engine package is impressive in standard form, but the restrictive OEM downpipe with catalytic converter and OPF matrix significantly limits both performance and exhaust sound. The JCR Inconel Cat Delete Downpipe completely removes these restrictions, replacing them with a high-flow alternative featuring advanced 3D-printed components and Inconel construction. The result: more power, faster spooling turbos, improved sound, and a future-proof solution capable of handling over 1000 hp.

Lightweight Design
The JCR Cat Delete Downpipe is crafted from 100% Inconel 625, a material used in the highest echelons of motorsport. The weight is reduced by a substantial 7.71 kg – a saving of 62.2% compared to the OEM downpipe. This reduces mass at the rear of the car, directly benefiting balance and handling.

Direct Replacement
The downpipe is completely plug & play and connects directly to the OEM fittings. No welding or modification required – simply remove the original downpipe and install the JCR version with the supplied hardware.

Advanced 3D Printing Technology
Thanks to DMLS/SLM production (3D metal printing), JCR was able to create complex shapes that optimize gas flow and minimize turbulence. This technology ensures perfect flow characteristics that would not be achievable with conventional manufacturing methods.

Catalyst Delete – Maximum Flow
The restrictive factory catalytic converter and OPF matrix have been removed. Instead, this downpipe offers a completely redesigned flow profile that optimally directs gases from the turbo flange towards the main pipe. This ensures maximum performance and a rawer, sportier sound.

Performance Gains
On the dyno, the Porsche 992.2 GTS delivered 543 hp and 636 Nm as standard, slightly higher than the official factory figures of 533 hp and 570 Nm. With the JCR Inconel Cat Delete Downpipe, this increased to 585 hp and 676 Nm – a gain of +42 hp and +40 Nm. In addition to the peak power, the improved throttle response, faster turbo spool, and more mid-range torque are clearly noticeable on the street and track.
