The new Porsche 992.2 GTS with a single-turbo T-Hybrid engine is impressive in standard form, but the restrictive OEM downpipe significantly limits performance, response, and exhaust sound. The JCR Inconel Race Cat Downpipe replaces the factory OPF and catalysts with a single HJS 200 CEL race cat, combined with a future-proof Inconel design and advanced 3D-printed components. The result: more power, a deeper sound, and a perfect plug & play system that can withstand extreme power levels.

Lightweight Design
Thanks to its 100% Inconel 625 construction, this Race Cat Downpipe saves 6.18 kg (13.62 lbs), which is almost 50% less weight than OEM. Less mass at the rear means better balance, quicker reactions, and a sportier driving experience.

Direct Replacement
The downpipe is completely plug & play and connects to the original mounting points. No modifications or welding required – simply remove the factory downpipe and install the JCR Race Cat Downpipe with the included hardware.

Advanced 3D Printing Technology
By utilizing DMLS/SLM metal printing techniques, JCR has achieved complex shapes that ensure optimal gas flow and minimal back pressure. This not only delivers more power but also a smoother and more linear power delivery.

HJS 200 CEL Race Cat
The restrictive OEM catalyst and OPF have been replaced with a high-quality HJS 200 CEL race cat. This ensures maximum flow, higher performance, and a richer sound, while in most cases no ECU tuning is required. In rare instances, a CEL may occur (e.g., due to poor fuel quality or heavy load with a cold engine).

Future Proofed Design
The JCR Inconel Race Cat Downpipe is designed with future tuning in mind. Thanks to its generous flow profile, the downpipe is perfectly suitable for power levels well above 1000 hp – ideal for those considering ECU tuning or turbo upgrades later on.

Performance Gains
On the dyno, the standard 992.2 GTS delivered 543 hp and 636 Nm. With the JCR Inconel Race Cat Downpipe, this increased to 580 hp and 667.9 Nm – a gain of +37 hp and +31.8 Nm. In addition to the peak values, the improved throttle response, faster turbo spool, and extra mid-range pull are particularly noticeable.
