The JCR Titanium Race Pipe (Valved) was developed to free the Porsche 992 GT3 platforms from the limitations of the OEM exhaust system and the heavily restrictive OPF filters. Where the factory offers a compromise between comfort, emission noise, and sportiness, JCR delivers a pure motorsport solution that radically improves both performance and soundtrack. Thanks to its 100% titanium construction and Inconel valve section, this system combines extreme weight saving with an aggressive, sharply defined GT sound.

Designed to Solve OPF Restrictions

WLTP regulation led to heavy OPF filters in all modern GT models. This filter technology not only significantly dampens sound but also increases back pressure, especially during intensive driving. The JCR Titanium Race Pipe removes these restrictions and restores the character, volume, and tone to the high-revving 4.0 boxer sound.

Extremely Lightweight Titanium

Thanks to its full titanium construction, this system reduces weight behind the rear axle by –9.72 kg. Every form of weight saving helps, but rear-axle reduction has the greatest effect on balance, turn-in response, and stability. The result is palpable: sharper handling, less rolling mass, and a more direct driving experience.

Optimized Flow & Tone Tuning

JCR developed this race pipe through extensive flow tests, sound measurements, and 3D design.

• Reducing to 70mm to maintain optimal back pressure and low-end torque
• Tuned merge for scavenging effect and improved response
• Elimination of unwanted resonances
• Twin 70mm outlet fitting OEM 991 GT 3-bolt flange

The result is a perfectly tuned blend of performance and sound—with the same raw RSR inspiration that made JCR famous.

Valved Design with OEM Control

The valved version works in conjunction with the original Porsche exhaust actuators. The driver retains full control via the exhaust button and driving modes.
