The Power Division High-Flow Intercoolers for the Porsche Cayenne Turbo are designed for serious performance builders who want their engine to run cooler, more efficiently, and more consistently. This intercooler upgrade eliminates the limitations of the original intercoolers, improves airflow, lowers intake temperatures, and ensures stable performance even with high boost and prolonged load. The Full Kit is completely plug-and-play and forms the perfect basis for Stage 2, Stage 3, and even Stage 4 power projects up to 1350+ hp.

Thanks to a 30% larger cooling surface area, 40% thicker core, and 90% larger total internal volume, these intercoolers can dissipate significantly more heat than OEM. This results in cooler Charge Air Temperatures (IAT), faster turbo response, less heat-induced power loss, better reliability, and maximum efficiency in both stock and modified turbo configurations.

Development and Testing Method

These intercoolers were developed through 3D scanning and CFD flow analysis for the best possible internal flow, minimal turbulence, and optimal pressure balance. The prototypes were then tested through long-term dyno runs, road tests, and extreme heat and pressure simulations. The design remains dimensionally stable and performs consistently at very high pressure values in real-world conditions.

Silicone Hoses

Each kit includes four heat-resistant reinforced silicone hoses with enlarged diameter and flow-optimized radius, which maintain stable air pressure and temperature under heavy loads and prevent kinking or compression.

Plug-and-Play Performance

All components connect to the original mounting points, pipes, and connections without cutting, welding, or modifying. This makes the kit suitable for street use as well as track and drag racing applications, including hybrid and big-turbo setups.
